A joint publication of the Ada Lovelace Institute with the AI Council, explores three legal mechanisms that could help facilitate responsible data stewardship. These are data trusts, data cooperatives and corporate and contractual models, which can all be powerful mechanisms in the data-governance toolbox. Data Foundations are discussed and we’re so delighted that the work we’ve created on Data Foundations is explored.
